Welcome to the only rage room in Berks County, Pennsylvania! If you've stumbled onto our little corner of the internet, you're probably curious about what it's like to walk into a room, pick up a sledgehammer, and smash a TV to pieces with your bare hands (well — your gloved, goggled, hard-hatted hands). The answer is: it's incredible, and we'd love to introduce you to it.

What is a rage room, exactly?

The Anger House is a safe, supervised, padded space full of things you're allowed — and encouraged — to break. We provide the tools, the breakables, the safety gear, and the cleanup. You bring the energy, the playlist (we have Bluetooth speakers), and whoever you want to share the experience with. Sessions start at $20 and run from solo singles up to group bookings of friends, families, coworkers, and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Who comes here?

Everyone, honestly. We've hosted first responders unwinding after long shifts, recently-divorced folks finding catharsis, corporate teams doing the strangest and most effective team-building outing of their lives, college students celebrating finals, parents whose kids have finally moved out, and a surprising number of birthday parties for people turning 40.

The honest answer is: it's not a substitute for therapy, but the catharsis is real, and it's been documented for decades. The act of physical release — controlled, safe, in a place built for it — does something for stress that sitting on the couch doesn't.

The Anger House philosophy

We're not pretending to be clinicians. What we are is a place where you can do something physical with feelings that don't always have anywhere to go. Work stress. Grief. A divorce. A bad week. The 2013 news cycle. You walk in, you put on the gear, you swing the hammer, and 20 minutes later something in your shoulders has unwound.

We've been quietly hosting group bookings for a few months now, and the response has been incredible. Today we're officially launching our dedicated group packages — birthdays, bachelorettes, corporate team-building, divorce parties (yes, regularly), and anything else you'd like to celebrate by breaking some glass with your closest people.

Group sessions accommodate up to 4 smashers in the room at once (with the rest of the party watching through the safety window — which, honestly, is half the fun). Bookings range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on group size and how many breakables you'd like included.
