The basics

Is this really safe?

Yes. The room is padded where it needs to be, the safety gear is full-coverage, and we've never had a serious injury. Minor scrapes happen occasionally; we have a first-aid kit at the front.

What if I'm not actually angry?

From a real customer review: "Even if you don't feel anger, it's worth the rage. And the sweat." You don't need to be furious to enjoy this. Many of our most enthusiastic customers came in cheerful.

How long are sessions?

Anywhere from 15 minutes (one person, small bin) to 90+ minutes (large groups). 25–30 minutes is the most common solo length.

Do I have to book in advance?

Yes — appointment only, no walk-ins. Call for same-day availability; the website only shows future-day slots.

Logistics

Where do I park?

Street parking on West Main Street and the side streets, plus the small lot behind the building. More on directions →

Can I bring kids?

18+ for regular sessions. 12–17 only with a parent who is also in the session. Under 12 — no, the swing-zone is too dangerous.

What if I'm pregnant?

We strongly recommend you wait. The activity is physically demanding and there's risk of falling or being struck by debris.

Can I drink before?

No alcohol on premises, and if we believe you've been drinking before arrival, we will reschedule. Safety first.

The room

How big is it?

About 12' x 14' — enough space for 4 smashers to swing without hitting each other, with a clear viewing window for the rest of the group.

Can I bring my own music?

Yes! Bluetooth speakers. Hand the staff your phone or pair to the room speaker.

Can I record video?

Phones stay outside the smash room (safety). The staff will gladly record from the viewing window with your phone.

What if I want to bring a specific item to smash?

Yes, with conditions. See the What You Can Smash page for what's allowed.

Money

What forms of payment?

Cash, all major credit cards, and Apple/Google Pay.

Is there tipping?

Not expected, but appreciated if your session was great. Goes to the staff who set up and cleaned up.

Refunds?

Reschedules up to 24 hours before your session are free. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is forfeit unless we can re-book the slot.
